This week I go to San Antonio for Turkeyday which should be lowkey.. sadly no good gay cousin. Happily no Bad gay cousin.

Super Sentai stuff FTW! :)

So last night I watched Glee and found myself rather angreh!! cause after the show, I saw the reviews out there and it ticked me off..
basically Santana, whom has been evil to everyone but Brittany (because shes a closet lesbian and loves Brittany), got the karmatic smackdown she so rightfully deserved. She went waaay over the line in her insults and Finn finally lost it retalliating in the school hallway with "Why dont you just come out of the closet?" Which resulted in some OTHER political campaign doing the "Lesbian Lead Cheerleader Bad!!" So.. She SLAPPED Finn at the end.

Now the reviews I've read are all "Oooh!! Finn is wrong and evil!!" Blah blah blah blah.
Apparently they forgot that LAST season, Santana BLACKMAILED a closeted gay student into forming some kind of antibullying group (made up of her and him only) to try and get sympathy votes for Prom Queen. Or that since the beginning of the series, she has done nothing but bully and insult everyone around her. If she were a guy? Someone would have punched her out by now. I know I would have.

as much as I love the musical numbers and the show itself, there are so many things wrong with this show at this point.. Making Santana out to be the victim just because someone "Outted" her is just wrong. She got what she deserved.

Not to say that Finn is entirely innocent, but you dont constantly act like a bitch to everyone and NOT expect to have someone take the cheap shot when you've been doing it for so long.

I was just told about this account is closing as of Saturday. Theres nowhere else they are sending me. Im being laid off. Tomorrow is my last day cause wednsday I'll be in New Orleans..

This weekend was Featured Game here in Austin.

Now there have been a number of issues involved with this on an OOC level. The problems that we've had about this game have been numerous but it kinda boiled down to this: Most of the Austinites didnt WANT this game to happen here. It was kinda shoved down our throats by the DC several months ago but I tried to make a go of it..

from an Incharacter standpoint there is absolutely NO REASON for us to hold this game considering the wrong plotlines that have happened.. and finally there is the Seth Vs Jeff problems. Neither willing to back down and both pretty much Rabid.

So.. Friday night was ok. It was Requiem and I got my old PC Tallon DeHart out of the closet to dust off and play. It was decent. I got to see the San Antonio players and meet some of the newer ones. Which made me happy. Some have lost weight.. some have gained weight.. but overall it was an amusing night..

Saturday day I was sore as fuck cause I brougth a 32 bottlecase of aquafina.. but parking was horendous at the place we are playing at (Problem #3 with this featured game). so I had to walk across campus iwth this case and my backpacks.. granted I've been working out but its not a miraculous thing!! there is pain involved!! I finally had to set the water down in what i thought was a secret location and walk the rest of hte way, getting to the rooms and passing out from exaustion. Our DC went to get the water from my secret location only to come back much later saying that it had been swiped by someone.. so fuck.. there goes 6 dollars down the drain and some prestige for me..

Anyway.. I rested up and when Lindsay got there, we went up and smoked and chatted for a while.. it seems that someone I previously trusted in Houston has been doing some shady things.. but.. as I said.. I trusted him so I defended him just like I would any friend, giving him the benefit of the doubt. Even given the fact that very recently he has tried to weasel out of an incharacter thing he did agree to and is now bitching out of character behind my back. Still.. benefit of doubt. He and his wife arrive and join us on the roof and then just LAUNCH into a series of slanderous statements about Kelley-mom who has moved back to Austin and showed up to my great delight. I closed my mouth, not saying anything on the subject other than to let them rant. It was amusing as HELL to see the look on their faces when I stood up and said I was going to go say Hi to my Mom. They asked confused "your mom?" "Yeah.. KBH."

I got into my costume which drew some looks.. most thought I looked ridiculous. Neka was gracious enough to compliment me. One particular asshole who never shows to game (and I wish he would continue this trend) kept making jokes about it. I almost turned to him at one point and said say many disparaging remarks aobut the fact that he is vastly out of shape and wearing shorts that were so unflattering I swear if I had fallen down I would have seen nuttage.. and he is not an attractive creature..

Julie didnt show up for a while.. meaning that since her char is prince.. and Im the seneschal, I had to handle greeting people. My PC invited Jabril Al-Amir as his personal guest. Jabril is at odds with his clan and our cheeseweasel of a DSTs character wants him dead. by Cheeseweasel I mean he will only play one concept.. minmax for effective killing, ignore any and all social roleplay, break the fun of others. He is very efficient in knowing the rules (since he finds ways to stay within the letter of the law so often) so that makes him a good rules lawyer.. and since DSTs dont have to actually DO any storytelling other than challenges.. ok.. rambling.. must stop. Anyway.. I invited Jabril. the DSTs char "Pablo" (Insert random killing machine) wants him dead. And Julies Prince wont do anything about it because that would involve her to actually.. get involved or something. because her entire goal as a character is to sit around for an hour and play games on her phone.. In character.. Yeah.. THATS a 6th Gen Brujah character!! *bangs head against wall*

I shouldnt be judging so harshly.. Im very very angry though. and playing the "innocent who is descending to darkness" concept may be getting to me. I keep forgetting that we arent supposed to win. that we are all supposed to fail. I dont mind that. as long as its for STORY purposes not cheeseweasel purposes. Anyway..

Long story short: Said Husband and Wife team (who play a Prince and his Seneschal.. and have been judging OTHERS lately for crossing OOC/IC relations!!) make a deal with Pablo (the assamite diablarist who is trusted and listened more to by the Prince of Austin than the person whom she appointed Seneschal!!) and they manage to get Jabril away from Kieron (my character) and kill him. There are a number of things both OOC and IC that piss me off about this. chances are, they are going to get away with it. Im more annoyed that by sheer cooincidence.. I have to work at 6 am the next day so I was on my way out the door when they started this mess.. I turn my back to start to leave and.. I dont think they KNEW I was leaving but if I hadnt been so tired maybe things would have gone differently.. not to mention I did defend this husband and wife team earlier only for them to do this.

On the way back to my car I get the call ICly that they killed Jabril. then I find out OOCly that one of them (the husband) ignored the BLOOD CONTRACT he signed with my char (technically cheating) to do it. and then.. I get back to my car.. which had a boot on it. Because apparently there was some kind of ticket from I dunno when on my car. So I then had to walk ACROSS CAMPUS AGAIN to pay the 70 dollars for them to REMOVE THE FUCKING BOOT and then walk BACK to my car because Gods forbid there be someone there to take me back.. 2 of those golfcarts just sitting there in the garage and 3 people in the garage.. but no one to take me back, OH NO.. Im already sore and in pain and just fuming to the point I was tempted to go BACK to game but I figured I just got my MC12.. I dont want to lose it by punching out anyone. I get back to my car and have to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes for the guy to show up and remove the fucking boot!!!

I woke up this morning still angry obviously.

I dont know how I can picture myself going back to Houstons game. Im angry at myself that I didnt build a combat tremere and I've passed up oppertunities to gain destructive powers because its not part of my concept and to become a cheese weasel like them just ot kill them will just mean Im as bad as they are. Im angry for defending the husband and wife of Houston. Im just very angry.

some anonymous random person found and read my old Requiem characters LJ.. I had forgotten it even existed and reread the stories I posted on there.. it makes me sad cause my Requiem PC, Tallon DeHart had so much potential.. and sadly it just didnt work so well.. but the stories were fantastic.. I may write an updated chapter soon.   Tallons PC boyfriend was Felipe Saunders who plays a rather large part of the journal entries.  

Sadly the person who played him (Jay Rivera) and myself have fallen out of touch with each other but those stories and rp scenes we did over IM were fantastic. :)

I havent felt this much dissappointment over a miniseries since Civil War..

How could Geoff Johns do such awesomeness with Green Lantern.. yet Fail so utterly with this series?  :(
